The development team worked closely with designers to ensure a seamless final product. The interactive route map enabled customers to view flight routes, plan their trips, and book tickets efficiently.

For Toblerone (Mondelēz), we launched a website design project that involved a total new branding and quirky design approach, as well as UX wireframing, prototyping, personas creation, user journey analysis, and overall user research. Our design strategy focused on user needs and preferences, offering personalization of chocolate bars and packaging for different occasions. Users could customize their chocolate bars with their name or message, and choose from a range of packaging designs. The result was a seamless user experience that allowed for unique and personalized chocolate bars and packaging.

You prefer to arrange digitally as much as possible. Like, for example, buying a house. But that’s not that easy. Fortunately, there is Linckr: one simple app with all the steps and all your data. You can easily retrieve your data, complete it and store it in your own digital safe. This way you always have your data at hand and you can quickly check and share it.

The app’s logic posed a significant challenge, requiring us to streamline all the tools for optimal cooperation. However, through a professional Research, UX, and UI process, we managed to achieve an amazing user experience. The end result was an intuitive and user-friendly app that made bureaucracy more manageable for users.

We conducted a website and app design project for Garanti BBVA Bank Investment Branch that prioritized user research via service design tools such as; user journey maps, affinity maps, persona creations and card sorting.

Our team leveraged insights from user research to inform the wireframing and UI design processes. By gathering detailed user insights, we were able to create a user-friendly and intuitive design that met the needs of Garanti BBVA Investment’s clients. The end result was a clean and straightforward user experience that made it easy for users to access information and manage their investments through the website and apps.

We undertook a responsive website creation project for Anadolu Medical Center, which involved conducting thorough user research with patients, doctors, hospital staff, and the hospital board. This research informed our wireframing, prototyping, and UI design processes, allowing us to create a website that addressed the unique needs and preferences of each stakeholder group. We also worked closely with developer teams throughout the project to ensure that the final product met all design specifications and requirements. The final outcome was a responsive website that provided patients with an easy-to-use platform for accessing important information and hospital staff with a streamlined way to manage their daily tasks efficiently.

As a Senior UX Designer and Frontend Developer at Verzekeruzelf, I was responsible for leading the design and development of user-centered digital products. My responsibilities included conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and implementing designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (React) mainly on Drupal CMS.

I was able to improve user engagement and satisfaction by implementing user-centered design principles and usability testing. Additionally, I was able to increase conversion rates by optimizing the website design and user flow. I have experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
