Briefly about me;
Design leader with 12+ years in UX and product design, including 5+ years leading designers across global organisations. A former frontend developer of 4 years, I bring a rare blend of design craft and technical fluency, bridging design and engineering with confidence.
I combine hands-on craft with strategic vision: embedding scalable design systems, driving measurable outcomes, and translating design strategy into business impact across complex, multi-stakeholder environments. I actively integrate AI-powered tools to accelerate delivery, and believe great teams are built on trust, clear vision, and genuine care for the craft.

My Holistic UX/CX Approach
I follow a continuous, evidence-based loop designed to bridge the gap between user needs and business goals.
1- Research & Synthesis: I begin by deep-diving into the Customer Journey Map. By identifying specific touchpoints and pain points through iterative feedback, I ensure the foundation is built on real-world data rather than assumptions.
2- Concept & Prototype: This is where the magic (and the “squiggle”) happens. I navigate the initial complexity of a problem to find clarity, using rapid prototyping to test ideas and find the most elegant solutions.
3- Design & Production: Once the concept is validated, I move into Agile Sprints. This phase focuses on high-fidelity design and production, ensuring a seamless transition from ideas to functional, polished assets.
4- Delivery & Continuous Improvement: Launching is just the beginning. I view Delivery as a catalyst for further learning, using post-launch data to fuel a cycle of continuous improvement.

Design Reimagined Utrecht is a vibrant community of designers, makers, and creative thinkers who believe in shaping a better future through design. Based in the heart of Netherlands, Utrecht, we bring together students, professionals, and curious minds to explore bold ideas, challenge conventional approaches, and reimagine the role of design in society.

A rigorous introduction to computer science and programming. Covered algorithms, data structures, abstraction, security and software engineering, through nine problem sets and a self-directed final project. Languages: C, Python, SQL, JavaScript, HTML & CSS.
