Briefly about me;
I am a strategic leader with over 12 years of experience guiding teams to deliver exceptional digital products. My expertise lies in blending User Experience (UX) and Customer Experience (CX) design with Digital Transformation and AI strategy.
I take responsibility modernizing digital ecosystems and create sustainable growth. I do this by:
- Leading end-to-end design and strategy for complex digital products, from e-commerce platforms to mobile applications.
- Integrating AI and automation to enhance user flows and improve business efficiency, creating more intuitive and intelligent experiences.
- Fostering cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that design, strategy and business goals are in perfect alignment.
